I can't tell, is that hail? We had the craziest hail storm the other day, we never get anything but a light drizzle of rain, and it was *pouring* out of the sky and made a thick layer over everything within minutes. The din was incredible, and I was actually scared to go out in it. (The kids loved it though.) Very strange behavior for a mild rain forest climate.
It was actually snow...fortunately it's all gone now! Yes, we've had crazy hail storms in the summer here -- I was out driving in one once and thought the stuff was going to bust through the sunroof!
